Please read through all relevant information on my site before making a booking. You can call me on 0410 249 592 when ready to make a booking. I take bookings Tuesday to Saturday between 11am to 7pm, when not already working. The best way to contact me is email mistress@mistresssatet.com. I require a days notice, unless I have a cancellation. On the right hand side of this page you will see a chat box ‘Ask Mistress‘. If I am online, you can book a session with me immediately.
When you book, you will need to give me a name (first name will do), an idea of the time that suits you, and what your interests/limits are, plus any health issues you may have.
Sessions are conducted in the main dungeon at my residence in Chapel Hill. My home is a 10 min drive from the city, and at least a 20 minute walk from Indooroopilly train station. Clients may park in my driveway or out the front of my home. You are to enter through the garage door (which I normally leave ½ open) and wait quietly for me at my double timber dungeon doors. Do not ring my front door bell or yell out from downstairs. That will only result in disciplinary action.
In the case of an emergency or unforeseen traffic disturbances, you must call to advise me you will be late. You pay for my time from the agreed time of our session. I will extend your session at no charge, so long as you phone me 20 minutes before your session commences to advise me you will be late.
Ringing me 5 minutes before a session to advise you will be late is just plain disrespectful and lazy. If you turn up late, and have not called, expect to find my dungeon locked and myself unavailable.
Once you have booked your session, if you have not seen me previously, you are required to phone me on the day of your session (1-2 hours beforehand), to obtain full address details and confirm your booking. I do not give out my address details days before a session. Do not ask me for directions on the phone.
I will give you clear instructions the moment we meet. All you need to concern yourself with is being on time. This means on time, not early and not late. I will only open my doors at the time of your session NOT 5-10 minutes beforehand.
I do not return text messages from clients. Once your face to face, you’ll have my undivided attention.
